Once you put in all your details and submit them, you will be presented with a list of choices. By comparing various airlines this way you can find out who offers the best price based on your needs.

Flying standby is another way to get airline tickets discount flights. Standby means you are put on the list for a particular flight. If seats come available due to unforseen circumstances like cancellations, you will be offered the seats at a dramatic discount. Of course, this means you will need to be ready to travel at a moment's notice. If you can't, you may want to consider traveling to your destination during the off-season. The off-season often provides travelers with budget priced airfare and accommodations because tourism is slow during this time.
